Mike's - Brand Redesign
Mike's is a sustainable local grocery store that is focused on strengthening the community through the everyday essentials. I took the concept from the local grocery store in Webster, SD and redesigned the branding with a more youthful and modern approach. I created farm animal motifs and gave the business fresh typography and colors. Below is the hypothetical Instagram carousel I created for the brand.
Garry & Olson Accounting - Movie Theater Ad
Garry & Olson Accounting needed a new advertisement to put their practice on display at the local movie theater. I found this to be a fabulous opportunity to experiment with an animation for them. This animation is humorous, on-theme for the environment, and is sure to catch viewers attentions from their pre-movie scrolling. Every frame of the animation is completely hand drawn, and added effects to the typography compliment the movement of our spooked character.
Mulu Roasters - Packaging
Mulu Roasters is a coffee brand concept that sources its coffee from the Gunung Mulu Rainforest. The packaging showcases different flavors of coffee and the strength of the grounds. The motifs on the bottom of the bag is inspired by the jagged limestone spikes found in the forest. The offset of the text in the logo is also inspired by the natural varying environment of the rainforest.
Walking Man Socks - Packaging
Walking Man Socks is a brand concept for sustainable socks made for movement. Their brand focuses on durability and quality fabrics that gain more comfort through wear. The logo includes custom type and graphics. The intentional gradients of colors represent the concept of changing through progression.
